Croft-Gilchrist School of Dancing since 1971- Townsville and the district were truly blessed when Robyn and husband Doug Gilchrist created the Croft Gilchrist School Of Dancing.

From the central location all lovers of dance, from tiny tots, teenagers and even adults could learn professional dance skills from the principal of the school, Robyn Croft, a foundation member of the Australian Ballet and dancer in the Royal Ballet.

Robyn has enjoyed the privilege of helping many others develop the extra confidence, poise and better co-ordination using the art of dance.

Many of her students have made a career out of their developed skills. Many others have used these talents in associated fields and others have just simply enjoyed their new found creativity as part of a richly rewarded lifestyle.

Robyn Croft has a passion for dance and this is melded into all of her students – either the young or young at heart.
